On duty 24 hours a day at telecontact unit contact the clients premises via telephones at intervals requested upon by clientele to check on the status of the security at the premises by requesting for all clear code.

In the event of abnormalities where the given code is incorrect Always Safe Protection Sdn Bhd will immediately dispatch a team of ununiformed armed guard security personnel to check on status of the security at the premises within 30 minutes.
